Backing Vocalist
Lilian Ximenes is a Brazilian singer/songwriter with more than two decades of musical experience. Known widely for her powerful voice, refined technique, and commanding stage presence, Lilian has built a solid career that moves seamlessly between international rock and Brazilian music, establishing herself as a versatile and distinctive artist.
Lilian began her career performing in heavy metal tribute bands, where she developed vocal strength, expressive range, and technical control. This early experience shaped her artistic identity and prepared her for greater challenges within the classic rock scene.
Later, Lilian professionalized as a backing vocalist in Pink Floyd tribute productions, performing with some of the most respected projects in Brazil, including Atom Pink Floyd. During this period, she deepened her understanding of the harmonic complexity and emotional intensity that define the work of Pink Floyd.
In 2014, Lilian gained international recognition with her performance of “The Great Gig in the Sky,” from the iconic album The Dark Side of the Moon. The video, published on the Mobby Dicky YouTube channel, surpassed 900,000 views and was widely praised by audiences as one of the most faithful and powerful interpretations of the song ever recorded, particularly due to the technical and emotional demands of the piece.
In 2015 and 2016 we invited Lilian to join us on tours across the United Kingdom and USA, expanding her international presence and experience in large-scale productions.
In 2019, Lilian enrolled at the Conservatório Dramático e Musical Dr. Carlos de Campos de Tatuí, one of Latin America’s most respected music institutions, where she completed the MPB/Jazz Voice program. This marked a turning point in her artistic journey. She began dedicating herself more deeply to her solo career, reconnecting with Brazilian music and her cultural roots, and strengthening her identity as an expressive voice within the Brazilian music scene.
Currently, Lilian returns to Brit Floyd as part of the backing vocal ensemble for the band’s 2026 tours, reaffirming her international recognition and the continuity of a career built on excellence, dedication, and artistic passion.
Blending the power of international rock with the sensitivity of Brazilian music, Lilian Ximenes continues to expand her artistic horizons, a Brazilian voice resonating across the world.
