Guitarist
Bobby Harrison has a wealth of live and studio experience. As an original member of Brit Floyd, he has toured extensively with the band. Additionally, since 2015, he has worked as lead guitarist for UK pop legend Sir Cliff Richard.
Bobby has also performed alongside Sir Brian May, Dame Olivia Newton-John, Hank Marvin, Bonnie Tyler, Andrea Corr, Bruce Welch & Brian Bennett of The Shadows, The Australian Pink Floyd Show and The Classic Rock Show.
Experienced in most styles of contemporary music, Bobby has a particular passion for the Blues and frequently tours and records with UK blues/rock harmonica sensation, Will Wilde, with whom he has performed as the opening act for Eric Clapton.
Bobby’s studio work includes sessions for the late composer Michael Kamen, Westlife, The Lighthouse Family, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa and BA Robertson. His theatre work includes playing on the hit Queen musical We Will Rock You in London’s West End, Zurich, Stuttgart and Vienna, as well as an extensive tour of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show.
In addition to his live and studio work, Bobby is also an experienced guitar tutor, teaching both remotely and in person, as well as lecturing at ICMP in London and running his online guitar course, Absolute Blues Guitar.
